• <br />principal building. <br />• <br />(4) The size of the sign may not exceed one <br />hundred fifty (150) square feet. <br />(5) There are no minimum yard setbacks. <br />(6) The maximum height is forty-five feet (45'). <br />C. CR, NC, and GC Districts <br />(1) One (1) freestanding advertising sign shall be <br />permitted for each side of a commercial <br />establishment which fronts on a developed <br />right-of-way. <br />(2) The following size limitations apply: <br />(a) Free standing signs for single tenant <br />buildings - 150 square feet. <br />(b) Free standing signs for single tenant <br />buildings in a controlled access corridor <br />- 300 square feet. <br />(c) Free standing signs for multi-tenant <br />buildings - 350 square feet. <br />(3) The following minimum yard setbacks apply: <br />(a) When not adjacent to residentially zoned <br />property, there are no minimum setbacks. <br />(b) When adjacent to residentially zoned <br />property, there are minimum side and rear <br />yard setbacks of five feet (5'). <br />(4) The following height limitations apply: <br />(a) Free standing signs - 45 feet. <br />(b) Free standing signs in a controlled <br />access corridor - 65 feet. <br />D. BI, LI, and HI Districts <br />(1) One (1) free standing advertising sign shall <br />be permitted for each side of a commercial <br />establishment which fronts a developed right- <br />of-way. <br />Page 6 <br />
