• <br />all purposes permitted by Section 2(c) through Section 2(r), <br />inclusive of said Open Meetings Law, including, but not limited to: <br />Section 2(d) - For the purpose of excluding witness or witnesses <br />from a hearing during examination of another <br />witness. <br />Section 2(e) - For the purpose of a private consultation with the <br />Council's attorney on any or all subjects or <br />matters authorized by law. <br />Section 2(f) - For the purpose of discussing the purchase, <br />exchange, lease or value of real property and <br />negotiated contracts for prospective gifts or <br />donations. <br />Section 2(g) - For the purpose of considering the appointment, <br />employment evaluation, reassignment, duties, <br />discipline or dismissal of a public officer or <br />employee or to hear complaints or charges against a <br />public officer or employee. <br />Section 2(j) - To consider the deployment, or specific occasions <br />for implementation, of security personnel or <br />devices. <br />Section 2(r) - For the purpose of conferring with an employee or <br />employees of the City, for the sole purpose of <br />receiving information from the employee or <br />employees or to ask questions of the employee or <br />employees; provided, however, that no discussion of <br />public business or City policy that affects public <br />business shall take place between the members of <br />the City Council during the conference. <br />
