MALONE, MAYOR of the City <br />of La Porte, do hereby proclaim the week of October 23-31, 1993, as <br /> <br />RED RIBBON WEEK <br /> <br />in the City of La Porte, and encourage all citizens to pledge: La Porte and Me...
