Kellev <br />Motion was made by Councilperson Porter to adopt the Consent <br />Agenda as presented. Second by Councilperson McLaughlin. ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS <br />A. SYLVAN BEACH DAY <br />Assistant City Manager John Joerns reminded Council about the <br />upcoming events for Sylvan Beach Day celebration this <br />Saturday, April 29th. <br />9. COUNCIL ACTION <br />Councilpersons Sutherland, Cooper, McLaughlin, Porter, Gay, <br />Maxwell, Clarke and Mayor Malone brought items to Council's <br />attention. <br />
