This <br />contract was approved by Commissioners Court on March 28, <br />1995. Upon receipt of your signed contracts, they will be <br />sent to the County Auditor for payment processing. Your <br />check will be mailed out within 3-4 weeks by certified mail, <br />return receipt requested to the attention of the City <br />Secretary along with one (1) copy of the contract with <br />original signatures. <br />According to this contract you should send in the following: <br />Section VIII - Copy of City Council Resolution regarding <br />execution of contract. <br />Section XI - Certificate of Liability Insurance. <br />Please contact Leslie Deen, Asst.
