SECTION 551.075 - (CONFERENCE) <br />MEET WITH THE CITY MANAGER TO RECEIVE INFORMATION <br />REGARDING A RENTAL FEE POLICY FOR POLICE FIRING RANGE <br />Council retired into executive session at 6:28 P.M. under Section 551.075 - (Conference) to <br />discuss A) Meet with the City Manager to receive information regarding a rental fee policy for <br />police firing range. Council returned to the table at 7:23 P.M. with no action taken. <br />Mayor Malone brought Item 6 back to the table for a vote. <br />6. CONSIDER AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A RENTAL FEE POLICY FOR THE <br />CITY OF LA PORTE POLICE DEPARTMENT FIRING RANGE (Ord. 95-2069) - R. T. <br />Herrera <br />Motion was made b~Councilaerson Thrower to approve Ordinance 95-2069 as read by Mavor <br />Malone. Second by Councilperson Porter. The motion carried, 6 ayes, 1 nay and 1 abstain. <br />Ayes: Councilpersons Sutherland, Cooper, Thrower, Porter, Clarke and Mayor Malone <br />Nays: Councilperson McLaughlin <br />Abstain: Councilperson Maxwell <br />12.
