<br />Use pursuant to the procedures in 11 - 604.,-'Prior-to holding <br />such hearing, the Board' of Adjustment shall provide public <br />notice as follows: <br />(1) Writ en notice of the time and ..place' of a public <br />hearing, by certified mail, return. receipt requested <br />and postage prepaid, to all persons having an interest <br />in :the property as shown by the Harris County deed <br />records.. and to the occupant or occupants of 'the <br />Revocable..
