Second by Councilperson <br /> Clarke. <br /> After Council discussion Mavor Pro-Tem Alton Porter made a motioned to amend Ordinance #96-2146 bv <br /> deleting the use of sick leave in 15 minute intervals. City Manager Robert T, <br /> H...."'... responded with his support to enforce the 6% landscaping and stated he will visit with the <br /> contractor regarding this issue, <br />
