<br />3. Council considered approving minutes of Public Hearing and Regular Meeting December 16, 1996.
<br />
<br />Motion was made bv Counciloerson McLaul!hlin to aoorove the minutes of December 16 as oresented.
<br />Second by Councilperson Cooper. The motion carried, 7 ayes, 0 nays, and 1 abstain.
