<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 97-2179 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING MEMBERS TO VARIOUS BOARDS, COMMISSIONS, AND <br />COMMITTEES, OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY <br />CLAUSE; CONTAINING A REPEALING CLAUSE; FINDING COMPLIANCE WITH THE <br />OPEN MEETINGS LAW; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City Council of the City of La Porte hereby <br /> <br />makes the following appointments to the Fire Code Review Committee <br />of the City of La Porte, for the term beginning on the effective <br /> <br />date hereof, and expiring on May 30th of the year indicated, or <br />until their successors shall have been duly appointed and <br />qualified: <br /> <br />District 2 <br /> <br />Richard Browder <br /> <br />2000 <br /> <br />District 3 <br /> <br />Tom Hayes <br /> <br />2000 <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />Sam Brechtel <br /> <br />2000 <br /> <br />section 2. <br /> <br />The city Council of the City of La Porte <br /> <br />hereby appoints the following members to the City of La Porte <br /> <br />Planning and Zoning Commission, for the term beginning on the <br /> <br />effective date hereof, and expiring on May 30th of the year <br /> <br />indicated, or until their successors shall have been duly appointed <br /> <br />and qualified: <br />District 2 <br /> <br />Sandy staniszewski <br /> <br />2000 <br /> <br />District 3 <br /> <br />Eugene Edmonds <br /> <br />2000 <br /> <br />Section 3.
