<br />~.:- <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />~(Q)[fV~ <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO.1587-1 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 1587, AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING USER FEES <br />AND RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE CITY OF LA PORTE'S BAY FOREST GOLF COURSE; <br />CONTAINING A REPEALING CLAUSE; FINDING COMPLIANCE WITH THE OPEN MEETINGS <br />LAW; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE: <br /> <br />Section 1: Effective October 1, 1997, the City Council of the City of La Porte hereby establishes the <br />following user fees for cart rental and green fees for the Bay Forest Golf Course. <br /> <br />Golf Cart: <br /> <br />$9.00/ 9 holes, single <br />$12.00/18 holes, single <br /> <br />Green Fees: <br /> <br />Weekend rates are effective Saturday, Sunday, legal holidays and after 11 :00 am Friday. <br /> <br />Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the <br />extent of such conflict only. <br /> <br />Section 3. The City Council officially finds, determines, recites and declares that a sufficient written <br />notice of the date, hour, place, and subject of this meeting of the City Council was posted at a place <br />convenient to the public at the City Hall of the City for the time required by law preceding this <br />meeting, as required by the Open Meetings Law, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code; and that <br />this meeting has been open to the public as required. -. <br /> <br />Section 4.
