She was nominated by City Manager, <br />Robert T. Herrera. <br /> <br />On the nomination form Mr. Herrera stated, "Carol is professional, politically astute, <br />business minded, and unselfish. She is a model employee who instills and <br />promotes enthusiasm in the work place. Her professional demeanor reflects her <br />positive attitude in all of her job duties. She tackles complex projects in the way <br />that she addresses the minor responsibilities that come across our office. She is <br />always pleasant and represents the City in the best light. Her creativity and <br />innovation is refreshing. She is a team player and is recognized by other <br />departments for her 'can do' attitude." <br />
