Gay was nominated by Jeff Litchfield, <br />Assistant City Manager/Finance Director and Alex Osmond, Golf Course Manager. <br />She was hired on May 23, 1994. <br /> <br />Jeff and Alex stated, U An employee who consistently goes above and beyond the <br />call of duty is Gay Collins. Gay is always willing to help, never complains, and <br />always has a smile and/or a funny word or two. She is eager to learn and does not <br />hesitate to take on a project/assignment that she may be unfamiliar with. She has <br />given up many Saturdays to come in and assemble Budgets, Annual Reports, etc. <br />in order to not interfere with the copying needs of others in City Hall. Her efforts <br />in this area saves the City hundreds of dollars per year. <br /> <br />Congratulations, Gay! <br />
