Part of the consideration includes deeding to Ms. Robertson an 11,560 sq. ft. tract, which the City <br />acquired from a Mr. Parmer. This 11,560 sq. ft tract is considered an unusable remnant and the City bas no public need <br />for this tract. The potential to offer the Parmer residual was recognized early on and referenced in the City's 7/10/97 <br />letter to Ms. Robertson. The value of the tract credited against the purchase price of the Robertson property is the City's <br />actual per square foot price paid to Parmer. <br /> <br />(NOTE: As of Wednesday at 5 PM, Ms. Robertson bad not delivered the signed Earnest Money Agreement. She bas <br />assured me that it will be delivered by Monday night's Council meeting.
