Herrera reminded Council of the following events: <br /> <br />13. ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS <br /> <br />Councilperson Ebow made a motion to vote on all Consent Agenda items together and <br />approve items presented. Seconded by Councilperson Clarke. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />D. CONSIDER A WARDING BID FOR THE ANNUAL SUPPLY OF SIGN <br />MATERIALS - S. Gillett <br /> <br />C. CONSIDER AUTHORIZING CITY MANAGER TO APPROVE CONTRACT <br />FOR LIFEGUARD SERVICES AT NEIGHBORHOOD POOLS - S. Barr <br /> <br />B. CONSIDER AWARDING BID TO REPLACE FANS AND LOUVERS AT <br />RECREATION FITNESS CENTER SWIMMING POOL - S. Barr <br /> <br />A. CONSIDER AWARDING BID TO REPLASTER NORTHWEST PARK <br />SWIMMING POOL - S. Barr <br /> <br />12. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />Ayes: Sutherland, Engelken, Ebow, Porter, Gay, Young, Clarke, and Mayor Malone <br />Nays: None <br />Abstain: None <br /> <br />Motion was made by Councilperson Sutherland to approve the Ordinance as presented by Mr. <br />Kneupper. Second by Councilperson Clarke. The motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Phase II - Construct Phase II as a 5-lane curb and gutter roadway with buried storm <br />sewer. Divert a significant portion of the drainage from the middle one-fourth of Phase II <br />(Little Cedar Bayou Watershed) to the south to drain through Phase I. <br /> <br />Phase I - Construct Phase I as a 4-lane divided roadway with a median ditch. Drain all <br />Phase I flows to a proposed, east-west, lateral ditch located toward the south end of <br />Phase I, and then into A 104-07 . <br /> <br />Planning Director Doug Kneupper presented City Council with an overview of the <br />expansion of Bay Area Boulevard. Staff is recommending going with the lowest <br />estimated cost of $14,407,000. The recommended plan includes the following: <br /> <br />11.
