The off-site parking shall comply with all parking standards. <br />2. Screening and/or landscaping of parking lot shall be required. <br />3. The Lease Agreement, duly approved by the City Attorney, shall be filed with <br />the City Secretary. <br />4. A Certificate of Occupancy, renewable annually, shall be required. <br />5.
