• <br />City of La Porte <br />Established 1892 <br />May 21, 1999 <br />Honorable Mayor Norman Malone and City Council <br />City of La Porte <br />Dear Mayor Malone: <br />The La Porte Planning and Zoning Commission, during its regular meeting on <br />May 20, 1999, held a public hearing to consider Special Conditional Use Permit <br />Request #99-002. The request, submitted by Holly Sincox, seeks approval to <br />operate a business, which is known as Alliance Recovery located in the 300 <br />Block of North 16th Street. The nature of the business is on -site recovery, freon <br />reclamation and refrigerant sales. The property is zoned Light Industrial. <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission has, by unanimous vote, recommended <br />that City Council consider approval of Special Conditional Use Permit #SCU99- <br />002. <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br />Betty T.
