<br /> <br />In 1994, SETH received a $750,000 implementation grant from HUD to purchase, <br />rehabilitate and sell government foreclosed homes to low and very low-income <br />families. SETH provided $150,000 and TDHCA provided $100,000 in matching <br />funds for the program <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />In 1991, DRI, an affiliate of SETH, participated in the Resolution Trust <br />Corporation's ("RTC's'') Affordable Housing Program. DRI participated in a sealed <br />bid auction that acquired 240 homes across Texas from the RTC. These homes <br />were rehabilitated then sold to low and very low-incom.e families <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />SETH has implemented 16 Single Family Mortgage Revenue Bond ("MRB'') <br />Programs that have funded over 4,500 mortgage loans to low and moderate <br />income homebuyers.
