FOR GROUND STORAGE TANK <br />REPAIRS; APPROPRIATING $28,350.00 TO FUND SAID CONTRACT; MAKING <br />VARIOUS FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATING TO THE SUBJECT; <br />FINDING COMPLIANCE WITH THE OPEN MEETINGS LAW; AND PROVIDING <br />AN EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. <br />Motion was made by Councilperson Young to approve the Ordinance 2000-2415 as <br />presented ~ Mr. Gillett. Second by Councilperson Griffiths. The motion carried. <br />Ayes: Sutherland, Engelken, Ebow, Griffiths, Porter, Gay, Young, and Clazke. <br />Nays: None <br />Abstain: None <br />8. Consent Agenda <br />A. Considered awazding bid for the annual supply of hot mix asphalt-type D to <br />Martin Mazietta Materials - S. Gillett <br />B. Considered awazding bid to Beltway A/C & Heating, Inc. to remove and install <br />HVAC equipment for Jennie Riley Recreation Center and Evelyn Kennedy Civic <br />Center. - S. Barr <br />Councilperson Porter made a motion to vote on all Consent Agenda items together and <br />approve items presented. Second by Councilperson Gay.
