P. Harris Survey, A-30, and Special <br />Conditional Use Permit #SCUOO-001. The request, submitted by Mr. Edward <br />Dutko, General Partner, Forest Holdings, Ltd., seeks approval of the General <br />Plan and a permit for Phase One (16.02 acres) of multi-family development, to be <br />known as Park Forest Apartments. The property is located at the southeast <br />corner of State Highway 146 and McCabe Road. A Special Conditional Use <br />Permit is required for the proposed development to be located within a Planned <br />Unit Development (P.U.D) Zone. <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission has, by unanimous vote, recommended <br />that City Council consider approval of the General Plan and Special Conditional <br />Use Permit #SCUOO-001. <br /> <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br /> <br />.J I <br />/r~ -H-:-.
