<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br /> <br />City of La Po.rte <br />Established 1892 <br /> <br />November 30, 2001 <br /> <br />Honorable Mayor Norman Malone and City Council <br />City of La Porte <br /> <br />Dear Mayor Malone: <br /> <br />During a regular meeting on November 29, 2001, the La Porte Planning and <br />Zoning Commission approved a General Plan for Fairwood Office Park (8.2628 <br />acres) located in a Planned Unit Development (PUD) zoning district. City <br />ordinance requires a Special Conditional Use Permit for all proposed <br />development in a PUD Zone. <br /> <br />In accordance with this requirement, the Planning and Zoning Commission held a <br />public hearing for a Special Conditional Use Permit #SCU01-004 for Phase I (2.8 <br />acres) of the Fairwood Office Park.
