Administrative Reports <br /> <br />Acting City Manager John Joerns recommended canceling the Council Retreat due to the <br />pending storm. Council agreed with canceling the retreat for a future date. <br /> <br />Mr. Joerns reminded Council of the TML Conference scheduled for October 16-19, 2002 <br />in Fort Worth, Texas. <br /> <br />15.
