<br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Norman Malone at 6:00 p.m,

<br />Council on October 14,2002,

<br />Motion was made bv CouncilDerson Warren to approve the minutes of the Relrular
<br />Meetimz on October 14. 2002. Second by Councilperson Griffiths, The motion carried,
<br />
