Council considered a consent agenda as follows: <br />a. Consider awarding bid for Heavy Equipment to low bidder for each item. <br />Director of Public Works Steve Gillett presented summary and recommendation and <br />answered Council's questions. <br />b. Consider awarding purchase of radios to H-GAC. <br />Purchasing Manager Susan Kelley presented summary and recommendation and <br />answered Council's questions. <br />c. Consider awarding Bid #0871 for water and sewer supplies in the amount of $85,591.31. <br />Purchasing Manager Susan Kelley presented summary and recommendation and <br />answered Council's questions. <br />d. Consider awarding bid for the purchase of a prefabricated steel pedestrian bridge to <br />Steadfast Bridge Company, low bidder meeting specifications. <br />Director of Parks and Recreation Stephen Barr presented summary and recommendation <br />and answered Council's questions. <br />e. Consider awarding bid to remediate the Police Firing Range to Eagle Construction and <br />Environmental Services. <br />Police Chief Richard Reff presented summary and recommendation and answered <br />Council's questions. <br />f. Consider awarding bid for remodeling/renovating of Municipal Court to Stonewall <br />Constructors in the amount of $16,402. <br />Judge Louie Ditta presented summary and recommendation and answered Council's <br />questions. <br />Motion was made by Councilmember Young to approve the bids as presented. Second by <br />Councilmember Warren. <br />Ayes: Mosteit, Engelken, Beasley, Warren, Young, Meismer and Malone <br />Nays: None <br />Abstain: None <br />17. Workshop was called to order by Mayor Malone at 6:58 p.m. <br />Council discussed policies and directing the City Manager to prepare detailed procedures for <br />City issued credit cards. <br />18. Closed Workshop and reconvened meeting at 7:06 p.m. <br />
