Mayor Malone led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />4. PRESENTATIONS/PROCLAMATIONS: <br />Bill Harry of Harris County Appraisal District (HCAD) provided an overview of the process of <br />HCAD. <br />5. CONSENT AGENDA: <br />A. Council to consider approval or other action of the Minutes of the Regular Meeting held July <br />28, 2003. <br />B. Council to consider approval or other action awarding bid for chemical, paper and <br />janitorial supplies as presented by S. Kelley. <br />Motion was made by Councilmember Warren to vote on all items of the Consent Agenda <br />simultaneously. Second by Meismer.
