PRESENTATIONSIPROCLAMATIONS <br /> <br />Mayor Malone presented the "Recognition of Community Service Day" proclamation to Anna Marie Isaac of <br />First United Methodist Church of La Porte. <br /> <br />5" CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />A. Council to consider approving Minutes of the Workshop and Regular Meeting held on October 27,2003. <br /> <br />B. Council to consider approval or other action regarding awarding a bid for plastic garbage bags to Dyna- <br />Pak Corp, the low bidder meeting specifications, as recommended by Staff, <br /> <br />Motion was made by Councilmember Ebow to simultaneously vote and approve all items of the Consent <br />AlZenda, Second by Councilmember Warren, The motion carried, <br /> <br />Ayes: Engelken, Meismer, Mosteit, Warren, Young, Ebow, Beasley and Malone <br />Nays: None <br />Abstain: Griffiths <br /> <br />6" PETITIONS~ REMONSTRANCES~ COMMUNlCATIONS~ AND CITIZENS AND <br />TAX PAYERS WISIDNG TO ADDRESS COUNCn.
