<br />Mayor Malone presented the "Recognition of Community Service Day" proclamation to Anna Marie Isaac of
<br />First United Methodist Church of La Porte.

<br />A. Council to consider approving Minutes of the Workshop and Regular Meeting held on October 27,2003.

<br />B. Council to consider approval or other action regarding awarding a bid for plastic garbage bags to Dyna-
<br />Pak Corp, the low bidder meeting specifications, as recommended by Staff,
<br />
<br />Motion was made by Councilmember Ebow to simultaneously vote and approve all items of the Consent
<br />AlZenda, Second by Councilmember Warren, The motion carried,
<br />
