EXECUTIVE SESSION — PURSUANT TO PROVISION OF THE OPEN MEETINGS LAW, <br />CHAPTER 551.071 THROUGH 551.076, 551.086, TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE, <br />(CONSULTATION WITH ATTORNEY, DELIBERATION REGARDING REAL PROPERTY, <br />DELIBERATION REGARDING PROSPECTIVE GIFT OR DONATION, PERSONNEL MATTERS, <br />DELIBERATION REGARDING SECURITY DEVICES, OR EXCLUDING A WITNESS DURING <br />EXAMINATION OF ANOTHER WITNESS IN AN INVESTIGATION, DELIBERATION <br />REGARDING ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT NEGOTIATIONS. <br />551.072 — (Land Acquisition) — Meet with City Manager and City Attorney to discuss land acquisition. <br />551.074 — (Personnel Matter) — City Manager Evaluation <br />551.086 — (Economic Development) — Meet with City Manager and City Attorney to discuss economic <br />development matter. <br />Council retired to Executive Session at 8:10 p.m. and the Regular Meeting reconvened at 8:12 p.m. <br />There was no action taken during Executive Session. <br />15. CONSIDERATIONS AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ITEMS CONSIDERED IN EXECUTIVE <br />SESSION <br />Council to consider authorization of Economic Development Incentive Payment by 4B Corporation to Team <br />Industry of economic incentive related to the creation of primary jobs as found by the 4b Corporation to be <br />suitable for manufacturing and industry facilities pending final approval by 4B Corporation. <br />Motion was made by Councilmember Engelken to approve authorization of Economic Development Incentive <br />Payment by 4B Corporation to Team Industry as presented. Second by Councilmember Meismer. The motion <br />carried. <br />Ayes: Mosteit, Ebow, Beasley, Griffiths, Engelken, Young and Meismer <br />Nays: None <br />Abstain: None <br />16.
