The applicant, Transport Realty Inc., seeks to rezone the property from R-2 to R- 3for multi-family development. ~ ~ ~ . Interim Planning Director Nick Finan presented summary and recommendation and answered Council's questions. ~ Mr. Finan also noted this applicant requested to withdraw this item from the agenda and requested to go back to the Planning and Zoning Commission for further review. ~ - Pubic Input: There was no Public Input.
