The Attorney General needs to be aware of the acquisition of tracts of land. 10901 North L Street is requesting an extension until the end of the year. Recommendation of Staff - Council is asked to consider condemning and ordering the demolition of ten (10) substandard structures. Public Hearing was closed at 10:07 p.m. 24. Council to consider passing ordinances condemning each of the ten (10) substandard structures as presented by Ms. Wilmore. BELCHER IS THE RECORD OWNER(S) OF SAID PROPERTY; ORDERING THE SAID OWNER(S) TO COMMENCE SAID REMOVAL OR DEMOLITION THE DANGEROUS BUILDING INSPECTION BOARD TO PLACE A NOTICE ON SAID BUILDINGS; ORDERING THE CITY SECRETARY TO FORWARD A COPY OF THIS BUILDINGS BY THE CITY OF LA PORTE IF NOT REMOVED BY SAID OWNERS IN THE MANNER PROVIDED HEREIN; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF; AND FINDING COMPLIANCE WITH THE OPEN MEEETIGS LAW.
