e e ADDENDUM TO MEETING NOTICE The following items will be added or removed to the September 27, 2004 City Council Meeting to be held in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 604 West Fairmont Parkway, La Porte, Texas. The below item will be discussed on September 27,2004 at 6:00 p.m. Item 7 is deleted. The following items will be added and discussed at the time item seven would have been discussed. 7a. Consider approval or other action regarding a Resolution Authorizing the Sale of Approximately $7,000,000 Certificates of Obligation (Res. 2004-19) - C. Alexander 7b. Consider approval or other action regarding a Resolution Authorizing the Publication of Notice of Intention to Issue Certificates of Obligation (Res. 2004-20) - C. Alexander Item 5c was removed from the consent agenda and can be discussed after items 7a., 7b. and 7c have been discussed. 7 c is being added to afford the citizen to speak prior to the item being voted on. 7c. Receive report on a request by David Tharpe with regard to the condemned structure at 618 S. Iowa. 7d. Consider authorizing the City Manager to execute a demolition contract - W. Sabo I hereby certify that I posted this Notice on the bulletin board located at a place convenient to the public in the City Hall of the City of La Porte, 5:00 p.m. on the 24th day of September 2004, and that (1) said Notice was posted for at least 72 hours preceding the scheduled time of the meeting; or (2) if this Notice was Dosted less than 72 hours but more than 2 hours before the meetina convened.
