<br />1. CALL TO ORDER
<br />
<br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Alton Porter at 6:00 p.m.

<br />2. Mayor delivered the invocation.

<br />3. Mayor Alton Porter led the Pledge of Allegiance.
<br />
<br />4. A. Mayor Porter presented Citizen Elaine Bonner with a Proclamation in honor of her
<br />dedication and contributions of her time for the Community.
<br />
<br />B. Records Clerk Wendy Gottus was unavailable to receive recognition for the first cost savings
<br />program award. Wendy's presentation will be held at a future City Council Meeting.
<br />
<br />5. CONSENT AGENDA
<br />
<br />A. Council to consider approval of the Regular Called Meeting Minutes and Workshop Minutes
<br />held on December 13,2004.
<br />
<br />Motion was made by Councilmember Moser to approve the Minutes of the Regular Called
<br />Meeting and Workshop Meeting as presented. Second by Councilmember Griffiths.
<br />
<br />Ayes: Beasley, Engelken, Moser, Mosteit, Clausen, Porter, Ebow and Griffiths
<br />Nays: None
<br />Abstain: Rigby
<br />
<br />Council to consider approval of Consent Agenda Items Band C jointly.
