Director of Planning and Community Development Wayne Sabo directed Staff to <br />develop a change to Chapter 106 (Zoning) to eliminate the 45' maximum height <br />requirement and set a date for a Public Hearing (per Section 106-171 (8), requiring a vote <br />of~ of Council). Direct Staff to allow the 45' maximum height requirement to remain in <br />Chapter 106 (Zoning). <br /> <br />D. Councilmember Moser reported on the Town Hall Meeting and thanked Staff and City <br />Services. Some citizens are returning with issues. <br /> <br />13.
