Council to approve ordinance authorizing Settlement Agreement between City of La Porte and Eagle <br />Construction. <br />Council had questions on items B and C. <br />Motion was made by Council member Clausen to approve the consent agenda as presented. See below <br />14. Chamber of Commerce Colleen Hicks provided a report to City Council regarding Proposed Budget <br />Expenditures. See attached. <br />7. Public Hearing — Council to consider taking action on three recommendations for approval by P&Z to 1) create <br />large lot district 2) adopt boundaries of the large lot district, and 3) rezone from low -density residential and <br />medium density residential to large lot district. <br />Open Public Hearing - Mayor Porter opened the Public Hearing at 6:18 p.m. <br />Review by Staff— Planning Director Wayne Sabo provided an overview on recommendation by Planning & <br />Zoning. <br />Public Input: <br />Carol Mosteit — 11117 Sunset Ridge — Spoke in favor of item 7/8. <br />Sidney A.
