Organization. The organization randomly drug tests students and provides a services to those <br /> who test positive. <br /> Sue Gail Kooken - 410 S. 151, La Porte, Texas 77571 completed a sheet advising Council she was opposed to item <br /> 5C on consent agenda. She did not wish to speak but wanted this noted for the record. <br />7. Public Hearing - Council to consider taking action on a Rezone Request #R05-009 rezoning the referenced <br /> property from General Commercial (GC) to High Density Residential (R-3). <br /> Open Public Hearing - Mayor Porter opened the Public Hearing at 6: 15 p.m. <br /> Review by Staff-Planning Director Wayne Sabo provided an overview on recommendation by Planning & <br /> Zoning. <br /> Public Input: Stephen Fairfiled, Developer provided Mayor and Council with an overview of the project and <br /> provided thein with a handout (attached Exhibit A). <br /> The Public Hearing was closed at 6:22 p.m. <br />8. Council to consider approval or other action regarding Ordinance 1501- Y 4. <br /> Assistant City Attorney Clark Askins read: ORDINANCE 1501-Y4-AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE <br /> , <br /> CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE, CHAPTER 106, MORE COMMONLY REFERRED <br /> TO AS THE.ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE, BY CHANGING THE ZONING <br /> CLASSIFICATION FROM GENERAL COMMERCIAL TO HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL AS <br /> REQUESTED FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED ALONG SOUTH BRAODW A Y HEREIN DESCRIBED; <br /> MAKING CERTAIN.
