Motion was made bv Council member Beasley to approve the consent agenda as presented. Second by Council member Rigby. Motion carried. La Porte High School student Krissy provided Mayor and Council with an overview of the T.R.D.T.H. Organization. The organization randomly drug tests students and provides counseling to those who test positive. The program is very similar to D.A.R.E. 7.
