<br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Alton Porter at 6: 00 p.m.

<br />A. Mayor Porter presented a Save a Life Month proclamation to the Fire, EMS and
<br />Police Departments.
<br />
<br />B. Mayor Porter presented a proclamation to Candace Pullien in honor of Constitution
<br />Week.
<br />
<br />C. Mayor Porter presented a proclamation to members of the US Army and Coast
<br />Guard in honor of Armed Forces Week.
<br />
<br />D. Mayor Porter read a 911 Day Resolution.
