MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING, PUBLIC HEARING AND WORKSHOP MEETING <br />OF THE LA PORTE CITY COUNCIL <br />October 23, 2006 <br />1. Reverend Michael Bingham of Abundant Life Church of La Porte delivered the Invocation. <br />3. Mayor Porter led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />4. PRESENTATIONS / PROCLAMATIONS <br />There were no presentations or proclamation presented at the meeting. <br />5. Consent Agenda <br />A. Consider approving Minutes of the Regular Meeting and Workshop Meeting of La <br />Porte City Council held on October 9, 2006. <br />B. Council to consider approval or other action awarding a quote for replacement of <br />Warning Tower. <br />C. Council to consider approval or other action accepting grant award for purchase of <br />new dispatcher communication consoles for the new police building. <br />
