<br />1. CALL TO ORDER
<br />
<br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Alton Porter at 6:05 p.m,
<br />
<br />Members of City Council Present: Mayor Alton Porter, Council members Tommy Moser,
<br />Mike Clausen, Louis Rigby, Barry Beasley, Howard Ebow, and Chuck Engelken.

<br />Members of Council Absent: Mike Mosteit. Councilmember At Large A position was
<br />vacated by Councilmember Peter Griffiths.

<br />A. Robert Swanagan, Human Resources Manager and Safety Committee Members
<br />recognized the EMS Department for highest attendance of monthly (September -
<br />December 2006) Safety Meetings.
<br />
<br />B. Robert Swanagan, Human Resources Manager and Wayne Sabo Planning Director
<br />presented a plaque to Employee of the 4th Quarter - Reagan Mc Phail.
<br />
<br />C. Robert Swanagan, Human Resources Manager and Public Works Director Steve Gillett
<br />presented a plaque to Employee of the Year (2006) Jesus Alfaro.
