Council to consider approval or other action regarding an ordinance amending <br />Chapter 2, "Administration" Article II, "Finance", Division 2, "purchases and <br />contracts", Subdivision II, "Public Works contracts" by amending Section 2-106 of <br />the Code of Ordinances. <br /> <br />Councilmember Moser pulled item B for discussion. Mr. Moser requested staff <br />provide Council with a breakdown on the costs oflast year's Triathlon. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Council member Engelken to approve consent agenda as presented <br />Second by Council member Mosteit. Assistant Finance Director Michael Dolby provided council a report on 2006 Comprehensive <br />Annual Financial Report and Councilmember Engelken provided an overview of the Fiscal <br />Affairs Meeting.. <br /> <br />8.
