Acquisition of right-of-way will be required. I <br />have been advised by the County Attorney's Office that the County needs to obtain <br />consent of the City before the County can take action to condemn property (if <br />required) within a city for a road. Attached is a Resolution that addresses this issue. <br />It is requested that the City execute the Resolution and then provide me with a copy <br />of the approved Resolution. <br /> <br />Your immediate attention to the subject matter would be appreciated. <br /> <br /> <br />r .
