The La Porte <br />Police Department is applying for a second year TXDOT STEP grant, a Speed and Intersection Control <br />grant. This grant will result in an award of $69,707.52 for overtime reimbursement. <br /> <br />TXDOT requires a resolution from the City Council as a component of the application process. <br /> <br />Action Required bv Council: <br /> <br />u t the Council pass the Resolution authorizing the City Manager to sign grant and other related <br />ocum ts for the Seed and Intersection Control STEP grant from TXDOT. <br /> <br /> <br />3;i~B <br /> <br />Date <br />
