Cody Merlot of Imperial Homes was also present to answer Council's <br />questions. <br /> <br />E. Received a report on the 2007 Comprehensive Financial Report. Fiscal <br />Chairperson Chuck Engelken reported the Fiscal Affairs Committee received a <br />report from the auditor and it was a favorable report. <br /> <br />5. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />A. Consider approving Minutes of the Regular Meeting and Workshop Meeting of the <br />La Porte City Council held on February 11, 2008. <br /> <br />B. Council to consider approval or other action authorizing the City Manager to <br />approve a Resolution to participate in the Battle of San Jacinto Triathlon and seek <br />necessary street closures. (2008-01 )-R. Reff <br /> <br />Chief Reff presented summary and recommendation and answered Council's <br />questions. <br /> <br />Motion was made bv Council member Beaslev to approve the consent aQenda as <br />presented. <br /> <br />Second by Councilmember Engelken. Lobit voiced her concerns about her water bill and flooding in <br />alleys. <br /> <br />Leonard Zlomke, 209 South Lobit voiced concerns regarding the Sylvan Beach hotel <br />development. <br />
