Council to consider authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with Angel <br />Brothers Enterprises, Inc. for the asphalt overlay of various streets in the amount <br />of $577,510.00 and authorize an additional $28,875.00 for contingency - S. Gillett <br /> <br />C. Council to consider approval or other action to accept proposal from Prescott <br />Solutions of Houston, Texas for the amount of $123,680.00 along with a <br />contingency amount of $12,500.00 - S. Gillett <br /> <br />D. Council to consider approval or other action regarding an ordinance establishing <br />speed limits within the City of La Porte along SH (State Highway) 146 and State <br />Highway 146 frontage roads (Ord. 3088) - S.
