<br />" I. <br /> <br />· Our assumption is that there is a 1200 Amp 3P breaker aVailable in the'existing MOP <br />panel to land feeder 1 B. <br />· New underground spliced feeder designated as 1C on drawing E1 & E2 from proposed <br />4000 Amp Switchboard to new 48"x40"x20D junction box to feed MCC-E. <br />· Price includes associated RIGID conduit; plastibond underground 90 degree elbows, <br />PVC conduit, fittings, wire (THHN), terminations, grounding, excavation and concrete. <br />· We have priced based on the switch being Iqcated in a different position than what is <br />shown on the drawing, due to existing conduit & equipment conflicts. <br />· We have included cost to demo both of the existing services orice power is switched <br />over to the new service. <br />· We have excluded any saw cutting J breaking out of concreteobstroctions. <br /> <br />SeoDe of Work I Clarifications <br /> <br />1. We have priced based on using Rigid conduit rather tHan PJastibond as called out on <br />the conduit and cable schedules. <br />2. We have priced based on using THHN wire.. , <br />3. All concrete house keeplrig pads to be provlded by others. <br />4. AU cutting, patching, breakout, removal,' haul-off, or replacement of any concrete I <br />asphalt or other toppings including their sub-bases to be provided by others. This also <br />includes removal of any spoils and resodi~g I landscaping. ' <br /> <br />· This proposal is based on a working schedule of 40 hours per week. <br />· Work can be started within 1 0 c~lendar days from award of contract. The price quoted is <br />a firm price for acceptance within 30 calendar days. <br />· Our price does not include Builders Risk Insur~nce or the Deductible that may be <br />required. . <br />· Our price does not Include Perfonnance Bond. <br />· Roof Penetrations if required for electrical to be flashed and sealed by others. <br />· Cutting and patching by General Contractor. . <br />· Porto lets and central dumpster by General Contractor. <br />· We have included temporary ,power for our use only. <br />· Our price does not Include the breakout, removal, haul-off, or replacement of any <br />concrete, asphalt or other toppings including their sub-bases that may be.required for <br />the installation of underground electrical Installations.
