Mayor <br />Beasley announced there was no action taken on this item and the council provided staff <br />with direction on pending litigation. <br /> <br />Council retired to Executive Session at 8:18 p.m. on item A. <br /> <br />Council retumed to the table at 8:32 p.m. and reconvened the regular meeting. Mayor <br />Beasley announced that no action was taken and Council provided staff with direction to <br />move forward on this legal matter. <br /> <br />16.
