<br />(a) Consider approval or other action regarding proposed TIRZ Development Agreement
<br />between the City of La Porte, La Porte Redevelopment Authority, Reinvestment Zone No. 1,
<br />and Beazer Homes Texas, LP - S. Livingston (Postponed at the December 9, 2013,
<br />meeting until January 27, 2014, meeting.)
<br />Economic Development Coordinator Scott Livingston presented a short summary.
<br />Councilmember Moser moved to postpone Items 7a, b, c, and Items 8a, b, c, and d until the
<br />February 10, 2014. Councilmember Kaminski seconded. MOTION PASSED.
