construction coordination services for Phase 1 of the Hillridge Water Plant Improvements <br />including new controls for City Water Wells Nos. 1 and 2 and increase the Fiscal Year 2014 <br />budget for Phase 1 improvements to the Hilldridge Water Plant from $231,000 to $306,000 — D. <br />Mick <br />Public Works Director Dave Mick presented a summary. <br />Councilmember Clausen moved to authorize the City Manager to enter into a Professional Services <br />Agreement with Shrader Engineering in the amount of $18,268 for design and basic construction <br />coordination services for Phase 1 of the Hillridge Water Plant Improvements including new controls for <br />City Water Wells Nos. 1 and 2 and increase the Fiscal Year 2014 budget for Phase 1 improvements to <br />the Hilldridge Water Plant from $231,000 to $306,000. Councilmember Earp seconded. MOTION <br />PASSED. <br />Ayes: Mayor Rigby, Councilmembers Moser, Clausen, Kaminski, Earp <br />and Martin <br />Nays: None <br />Absent: Councilmembers Engelken, Leonard and Zemanek <br />(b) Consider approval or other action of a Paying Agent/Registrar Agreement of Resignation, <br />Appointment and Acceptance with Amegy Bank to serve as paying agent for the City's <br />outstanding bonds — M. Dolby <br />Finance Director Michael Dolby presented a summary. <br />Councilmember Martin moved to approve acceptance of Amegy Bank to serve as a paying agent for <br />the City's outstanding bonds. Councilmember Moser seconded. MOTION PASSED. <br />Ayes: Mayor Rigby, Councilmembers Moser, Clausen, Kaminski, Earp <br />and Martin <br />Nays: None <br />Absent: Councilmembers Engelken, Leonard and Zemanek <br />9. DISCUSSION OR OTHER ACTION <br />(a) Discussion or other action regarding Sylvan Beach Pier Night Fishing Fees — S. Barr <br />Parks and Recreation Director Stephen Barr presented a summary indicating the amount of the <br />proposed all-night fee is a bargain when compared with other local all-night fishing fees. <br />Councilmember Martin moved to authorize a night fishing fee in the amount of $8.00; ratify and <br />authorize the execution of a proposed amended agreement. Councilmember Kaminski seconded. <br />MOTION PASSED. <br />Ayes: Mayor Rigby, Councilmembers Moser, Clausen, Kaminski, and <br />Martin <br />Nays: Councilmember Earp <br />Absent: Councilmembers Engelken, Leonard and Zemanek <br />10.
