Martin, Leonard, Kaminski and J. Martin. <br />Also present were City Secretary Patrice Fogarty, City Manager Corby Alexander, and Assistant <br />City Attorney Clark Askins. <br />2. INVOCATION — The invocation was given by Joshua Ojeda, Fairmont Park Church. <br />3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE — The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Councilmember Mike Clausen. <br />4. PRESENTATIONS, PROCLAMATIONS, and RECOGNITIONS <br />(a) Proclamation— Parks and Recreation Month — Mayor Rigby <br />Mayor Rigby presented a proclamation for Parks and Recreation Month to the City of La Porte <br />Parks and Recreation Department. <br />5. PUBLIC COMMENTS (Limited to five minutes per person.) <br />Margaret Anderson, 909 Garden Walk, presented a PowerPoint Presentation with pictures and <br />provided information on Facebook's vote and asked Council to vote for the bulldog artwork on the <br />Main Street elevated water tank. <br />Kathy Green, 10131 Quiet Hill Rd., addressed Council and informed of the tradition of the bulldog <br />mascot and spoke in favor of the bulldog artwork on the Main Street elevated water tank. <br />Deb Gallington, 222 S. Y Street, addressed Council in favor of the bulldog artwork on the Main <br />Street elevated water tank. <br />Phillip Hoot, 927 Seabreeze, addressed Council thanking them for the prayers and well wishes after <br />his heart attack and EMS for transporting him. In addition, Mr. Hoot thanked Council for considering <br />to remove the City of La Porte truck route on W. Main Street from 16th Street to Underwood Rd and <br />suggested to include removal to Hwy 146. <br />Mike Cobb, 109 Summer Winds Dr., addressed Council and spoke in favor of removing the City of <br />La Porte truck route on W. Main Street from 16th Street to Underwood Rd. <br />Joe Dugue, 10451 Rocky Hollow, addressed Council in favor of removing the City of La Porte truck <br />route on W.
