<br /> recommendation to approve an Ordinance amending the Code of Ordinances of the City of
<br /> La Porte, Chapter 106 "Zoning," by granting Special Conditional Use Permit #18-9100000-02, to
<br /> allow for the development of a multi-family apartment complex to be located on a 20-acre tract of
<br /> land described as Tract 1 L, Abstract 35, J Hunter Survey in a PUD zone. Councilmember Leonard

<br /> PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) ZONING DISTRICT, ON A 20-ACRE TRACT OF LAND
<br /> AND BEING LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS TRACT 1 L, ABSTRACT 35, J HUNTER SURVEY,
<br /> LA PORTE HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS; MAKING CERTAIN FINDINGS OF FACT RELATED TO
