There were no additional public comments. The public hearing closed at 6:20 p.m. <br /> Councilmember K. Martin made a motion to accept the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning <br /> Commission, and adopt an Ordinance amending the City's Future Land Use Map Component of the <br /> Comprehensive Plan for a 0.28 acre tract of land located on N. 1st Street, north of W.
